Arena owns all Platform content. This includes Partner Content and Submitted Content. It is subject to copyright and other IP laws. Using our content without permission is hence not granted.

You give us license to use any feedback or suggestion you provide. We can exploit it for any purpose. But, we won’t compensate you.
8. Trademarks
The Arena’s trademarks and logos are its proprietary information. It reserves all related rights. Other trademarks are referred to at and on our Platform. They remain the property of their owners.
9. Repeat Infringer Policy; Copyright Complaints
We respect others’ intellectual property. That’s why we have a policy on ending the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe those rights. If you own a copyright and object to content on our Platform, you may tell our agent. You must provide the following information:

The only exceptions are small claims and intellectual property disputes, which are waived. Any claim, controversy, or dispute about these terms or using this Service must go to arbitration. The arbitration will be binding. It will involve users and the Company. You waive your rights to a jury trial and to take part in class actions upon agreeing to these terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
New York’s laws will govern these Terms. They will be interpreted without using any choice of law provisions. Courts in New York County, New York will resolve any dispute not subject to arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arena. They are constructed without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms are the whole agreement between us about our Service.
